Guide to Belarusian sweets: Part 2

In the 1st part of guide I got you acquainted with some amazing delights made in Belarus and now we will continue this list.

Zephyr. Well-known from Soviet Union times. It's delicious, more healthy then other confectionery and has many variations.  In Belarus zephyr from Bobruisk city is considered to be the best. My favorite is "Meteorite": vanilla zephyr heavily coated with bitter sweet chocolate and cracked peanuts.

You can try all the kinds of zephyr offered and choose your favorite.

"Minsky grilyazh". One more chocolate sweet that surprises with unusual fusion of fruits puree and roasted candied nuts heavily covered with chocolate. This is a big sized candy and one is enough to get a portion of happiness. "Kuznechik" and "Cranberry grilyazh" have a similar taste.

Glazirovanny syrok. Or glazed curd snack. Surely Belarus isn't the only country to incorporate glazed sweet curd  snack into favorite milk treat for children and adults. But some samples from Belarusian companies are worth to be tried again and again.
I prefer curd snacks without chemical additives and with a high fat content. These below correspond to my requirements and probably are the most delisious on the Belarusian market.

Cranberries in powdered sugar from Arzhanitsa. Authentic delight that elegantly fused the savory and sweet. Consists of 3 ingredients only: cranberries, sugar powder and potato stark.
